医療・支援・旅程・連絡・公的案内に関する情報を、用途別のカードに記録するアプリです。本人や医療者から受け取った情報、合意した支援内容、利用者が確認した案内を保存します。日本語と英語に対応します。
無料・広告なし・アプリ内課金なし・アカウント不要。カードの作成・閲覧・編集・削除はオフラインで行えます。位置情報の取得や外部リンク、共有先サービスの利用には、端末設定や通信が必要な場合があります。
記録して見直す
医療者から受けた指示や連絡先、場所、支援や旅程の予定などを入力し、必要なときに確認します。内容の正確性と更新は利用者が管理します。
確認して渡す
共有・コピーの前に全文を確認します。共有先や渡す相手を自分で選びます。共有画面を開いたことは、送達・受領・救援の開始を意味しません。
自動監視、通知、自動通報、救急手配、公式警報の自動配信、安全な経路の判定は行いません。診断・治療・投薬量の計算や医療手順の指示は提供しません。公的資料は利用者が選んだ外部リンクで確認します。臨床監修や安全性の保証を示すものではありません。

Keep information you control
G-Prep Safety Cards organizes medical, support, trip, contact and public-notice information in purpose-specific cards. Keep facts supplied by the person or clinician, agreed support arrangements and notices you have checked. The app supports Japanese and English.
Free, with no ads, in-app purchases or account. Create, read, edit and delete cards offline. Location, external links and recipient services may require device settings or a connection.
Review the complete text before sharing or copying, then choose the recipient yourself. Opening the share sheet does not prove delivery, receipt or the start of assistance. You are responsible for checking and updating the recorded information.
The app does not provide unattended monitoring, notifications, automatic calls, emergency dispatch, an automatic official-alert feed or safe-route decisions. It does not diagnose, treat, calculate doses or give medical procedure instructions. Official resources open only when you choose an external link. No clinical endorsement or safety guarantee is claimed.
