保存する情報と目的
利用者が入力したカード、変更履歴、以前の保存内容を、このアプリの端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存します。入力内容には名前、連絡先、健康情報、医療者から受けた指示、支援内容、場所、予定、利用者が記録した公的案内などが含まれる場合があります。保存した内容を本人が見直し、必要な相手に渡すためのものです。必要な範囲だけを入力し、他者の情報は本人の意向に配慮して扱ってください。
運営者サーバー、アカウント、広告、アプリ内課金、運営者によるアクセス解析SDKはありません。カードを運営者へ自動送信・同期する設計ではありません。
端末の保護とバックアップ
アプリ独自の暗号化はしていません。端末の画面ロックを使用し、共有端末へ機微な情報を入力しないでください。OSのバックアップ・端末移行設定により、アプリデータがバックアップや別端末へ含まれる場合があります。OS・端末提供者の取扱いや設定を確認してください。運営者はそのバックアップを管理しません。
任意の位置情報
場所欄の位置情報ボタンを押したときだけOSの許可を求め、現在地を1回取得します。位置情報が許可されない、または取得できない場合も、場所を手入力できます。取得した座標、精度、取得日時は編集欄に入り、カードを保存すると記録に含まれます。バックグラウンドの追跡や継続的な位置情報の取得は行いません。
共有・コピー・電話・外部リンク
共有・コピーは、内容の確認画面で利用者が操作した場合だけ実行します。確認画面のテキストには、健康情報・連絡先・場所などの入力内容が含まれる場合があります。不要な情報を削除してから操作してください。共有先アプリと受信者、OSのクリップボードやその同期機能には、それぞれの取扱いが適用されます。共有結果の表示は配達や受領の証明ではありません。
電話は利用者が入力した番号を確認して電話アプリを開くもので、救援を自動要請しません。公的資料は選んだ外部サイトをブラウザ等で開きます。カード本文や座標を公的資料リンクへ自動で付加しません。外部サイト・端末サービスは、IPアドレスや要求時刻など通常の接続情報を受け取る場合があります。
削除と復元
各カードを削除できます。ホームの「全用途の設定・プライバシー」から「全用途の保存データを削除」を選び、確認すると、アプリ内の全用途のカード・変更履歴・以前の保存内容を削除します。用途ごとの設定からは、その用途だけの削除もできます。削除に失敗した表示が出た場合は完了と扱わず、再試行してください。
共有・コピーした外部の情報、受信者のコピー、OSバックアップ・端末移行済みのコピーは、この削除の対象外です。それぞれの端末・サービスで管理してください。OSバックアップを復元した場合、削除前の情報が戻る場合があります。運営者は端末内のカードや外部コピーを遠隔で検索・回収・削除できません。
この公開ページとお問い合わせ
この3つのアプリ案内ページには、広告・アクセス解析スクリプトや入力フォームを設置しません。配信サーバーでは、IPアドレス、時刻、要求URLなど通常の運用・セキュリティログが処理される場合があります。サポートへメールを送った場合、運営者は返信と問題調査のため、そのメール内容と連絡先を受信・利用します。不要な健康情報・カード全文・正確な位置情報は送らないでください。

Information and purpose
Cards you enter, their change history and a previous saved version are stored in this app’s private local device storage. They may include names, contacts, health information, instructions received from clinicians, support arrangements, locations, plans and notices you record. This lets you review information and pass it to a person you choose. Enter only what is needed and respect the wishes of anyone whose information you record.
The app has no operator backend, account, advertising, in-app purchases or operator analytics SDK. It is not designed to automatically upload or synchronize cards to the operator.
Device protection and backup
There is no app-level encryption. Use a device lock and avoid sensitive information on shared devices. OS backup or device migration may include app data. Check the settings and policies of your OS or device provider. The operator does not control those backups.
Optional location
The app requests OS permission and a one-time position only when you tap the location button in a location field. You can enter a location manually if permission is denied or positioning fails. Coordinates, accuracy and the acquisition time enter the editable field and become part of the record when you save the card. There is no background or continuous location tracking.
Sharing, clipboard, phone and external links
Sharing and copying take place only after your action on the content-preview screen. The preview may contain health information, contacts and locations you entered. Remove information you do not want to pass on. Recipient apps and people, the OS clipboard and clipboard synchronization have their own handling rules. A sharing result does not prove delivery or receipt.
Phone actions confirm a number you entered and open the phone app; they do not automatically request assistance. Official resources open in an external browser or app when you choose a link. Card text and coordinates are not automatically attached to official-resource links. External sites and device services may receive ordinary connection data such as IP addresses and request times.
Deletion and restoration
You can delete individual cards. From the home screen, open “All-purpose settings / privacy,” choose “Delete saved data for all purposes” and confirm to remove all purposes’ cards, change history and previous saved versions. Purpose-specific settings can delete only that purpose. If deletion fails, do not treat it as complete; retry.
This does not delete externally shared or copied information, recipient copies, OS backups or copies migrated to another device. Manage them through the relevant devices and services. Restoring an OS backup may bring back older information. The operator cannot remotely search, retrieve or delete local cards or external copies.
These pages and support
These three app-information pages have no advertising or analytics scripts and no input form. Hosting servers may process ordinary operational and security logs, including connection IP addresses, times and requested URLs. If you send support email, the operator receives and uses its contents and contact details to reply and investigate. Do not send unnecessary health information, complete cards or precise locations.
