この窓口は緊急対応・医療相談・救援手配を行いません。危険が差し迫る場合はアプリやメールの返信を待たず、地域の公的な緊急窓口へ連絡してください。
お問い合わせ
app-support@g-prep.co.jp へ、件名に「G-Prep Safety Cards」、本文にアプリ版・OS版・対象の用途・発生日時・再現手順・表示されたメッセージを記載してください。画面画像を添える場合は、健康情報・連絡先・名前・住所・正確な位置情報を隠してください。パスワードや確認コード、カード全文は送らないでください。
保存できない・以前の内容が出る
保存失敗の表示が出た場合は、保存済みと扱わず再試行してください。読み込めない内容は自動で上書きせず、以前の保存内容の復元や削除を利用者が選ぶ構成です。復元すると、直近の編集が含まれない場合があります。アプリは運営者サーバーへ復旧用のコピーを送信しないため、サポートから内容を復旧することはできません。
位置情報を許可しない場合
場所欄へ手入力できます。位置情報はボタンを押したときの任意の1回取得です。入力した場所が正しいか確認し、移動した場合は必要に応じて更新してください。
共有・コピーと削除
共有・コピーの前にプレビュー全文を確認してください。共有画面を開いた表示は、相手への送達や受領の確認ではありません。必要な相手への連絡確認は別途行ってください。全用途を削除する場合は、ホームの「全用途の設定・プライバシー」から「全用途の保存データを削除」を選びます。外部共有分・クリップボード・OSバックアップは削除されません。
情報の正確性
医療の情報は本人・医療者から得た記録として保管し、指示の確認は担当医療者へ行ってください。アプリは医療手順を案内せず、公式警報や水道等の情報を自動取得・監視しません。公的リンクは地域と発表主体を確かめて利用してください。

Contact
Email app-support@g-prep.co.jp with “G-Prep Safety Cards” in the subject. Include the app version, OS version, purpose, time, steps and displayed message. Hide health information, contacts, names, addresses and precise locations in screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete cards.
Saving and recovery
If a save fails, do not treat it as saved; retry. Unreadable data is not silently overwritten. You can deliberately restore a previous saved version or delete the data. A previous version may omit recent edits. The app does not upload a recovery copy to the operator, so support cannot retrieve card contents.
Location permission
Manual location entry remains available without permission. Location is an optional one-time request when you tap the button. Check the recorded place and update it when necessary after moving.
Sharing and deletion
Review the whole preview before sharing or copying. Opening sharing is not confirmation of delivery or receipt; confirm contact separately where needed. To clear every purpose, use “All-purpose settings / privacy” on the home screen, then “Delete saved data for all purposes.” External shared copies, clipboard contents and OS backups are not deleted by this action.
Accuracy
Medical information is retained as records supplied by the person or clinician. Confirm instructions with the responsible clinician. The app does not give medical procedure instructions or automatically fetch or monitor official alerts or water notices. Check the region and issuing authority when using official-resource links.
