お問い合わせは app-support@g-prep.co.jp へ送ってください。件名に「Safenity」、本文にアプリ版、OS、発生日時、対象地域、再現手順、表示された出典を記載してください。氏名、住所、正確な位置情報、支払情報など不要な個人情報は送らないでください。

危険が差し迫る場合はアプリの返信を待たず110・119等の公的機関へ連絡してください。データ誤りの疑いは、地域名、表示年、出典URL、画面の説明を添えてください。公開資料を再確認し、必要時はこのサポートページで訂正内容を案内し、修正データを含むアプリの更新版を配布します。端末内に収録済みのデータを遠隔で変更・停止する機能はありません。

Contact app-support@g-prep.co.jp. Include “Safenity,” app version, OS, time, affected area, steps, and displayed source. Do not send unnecessary personal data such as name, address, precise location, or payment details.

For immediate danger, contact official emergency services rather than waiting for app support. For suspected data errors, include the area, displayed year, source URL, and what is shown. We will recheck the public source, publish a correction on this support page when needed, and distribute corrected data in an app update. Bundled data on existing installations cannot be changed or disabled remotely.
