Safenity は公的公開資料を整理して示す参考情報です。犯罪、災害、地図、居住適性または安全性について、完全性、即時性、個人・住所単位の正確性、将来の安全、危険の不存在を保証しません。緊急時は119・110その他の公的窓口を利用してください。洪水・津波・避難情報・災害警報を提供するアプリではありません。

比較、共有、地図およびスコアは、利用者自身の判断の補助です。住居購入・賃貸、移動、保険、投資その他の重要判断は、一次資料と専門家・公的機関の情報を確認してください。公的資料の著作権・利用条件および地理院タイルの利用条件を守ってください。不正利用、法令違反、サービス妨害は禁止します。

J-SHISの加工済み参考指標は、出典・対象年・注意書き付きで共有できます。元データの趣旨を損ねる改変や、承認範囲外の元データの再配布は禁止です。J-SHIS利用規約を確認してください。

規約・サービス変更、停止または終了は公開URLで通知します。この利用上の注意は日本法に準拠します。ただし適用される消費者保護法に基づく利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。購入・再ダウンロード・払い戻しには利用したストアの規約が適用されます。運営者は 株式会社G-Prep / G-Prep Inc です。連絡先: app-support@g-prep.co.jp。

Safenity is a reference presentation of public materials. It does not guarantee completeness, timeliness, address-level accuracy, future safety, suitability for residence, or absence of crime or hazards. It is not an emergency, flood, tsunami, evacuation, or hazard-alert service. For emergencies, use official emergency services.

Maps, comparisons, shares, and scores support the user’s own judgment. Verify primary sources and seek appropriate professional or official advice before housing, travel, insurance, investment, or other material decisions. Follow the terms and copyrights of public sources and map tiles. Misuse, unlawful use, and interference are prohibited.

Processed J-SHIS reference indicators may be shared with their source, data year, and notes. Do not alter source data in a way that undermines its purpose or redistribute source data outside the approved scope. Review the J-SHIS Terms of Use.

Changes, suspension, or termination will be posted at https://g-prep.co.jp/safenity/. These terms are governed by Japanese law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
